Dr. Brahim Bouzaout
a dedicated veterinarian, graduated from Constantine University in 1993. He further enhanced his expertise by completing biotechnology courses and undergoing veterinary training in Argentina and France. To practice in the United States, he obtained the prestigious ECFVG certification from the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
Throughout his career, Dr. Bouzaout has worked in multiple veterinary hospitals across South Jersey, North Jersey, and Pennsylvania, gaining extensive hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of medical conditions in animals. His exposure to different clinical environments has allowed him to address the diverse challenges of veterinary medicine effectively.
In 2014, Dr. Bouzaout founded William Penn Veterinary Hospital, aiming to provide personalized, high-quality veterinary care while building close relationships with families and their beloved pets to help them live their best lives. As a passionate animal lover, he has cared for dogs, cats, and birds over the years. Currently, he enjoys the companionship of his beloved cat, Maya, who brings joy to his beloved wife and four wonderful daughters at home.
Dr. Bouzaout is also multilingual, speaking five languages, which allows him to connect with a diverse range of clients and provide exceptional care. Among his cherished pets, he adopted an African Grey Parrot named Afro, who has now become well known and adored by his clients.

Dr. Emad Abouemara
DVM completed his Doctorate in May 1999 at Alexandria University School of Veterinary Medicine.
completed a one year rotating small animal medicine and surgical training at the University of Tuskegee College of Veterinary Medicine 2006 Alabama, USA.
professional interests include Emergency and critical care,soft tissue surgery and internal medicine.
Dr. Abouemara is married and has 4 children not to mention the many 4 legged extended family members over the years. His other interests include travel, basketball and soccer.
